A Note on Village Hall Bookings:
 Various Organisations have permanent bookings for use of the Village Hall on certain days of the week. Local individuals or organisations may nonetheless enter one-off bookings for events which clash with permanent bookings. At least 7 weeks notice must be given to Rita Atkinson (848694) of the Hall Management Team. This allows one week for them to convey the needful six weeks notice to whichever organisation had the permanent booking).
